I had a rather disappointing experience during my stay, despite the spacious apartments and beautiful resort. While the facilities are great for families and the accommodations have potential, the poor service and cleanliness left much to be desired. The location is convenient, but the lack of attention to detail really impacted our overall enjoyment.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The location is lovely, but the service fell short due to some rude staff interactions. The facilities are decent, but the rooms need significant updating to match the beautiful surroundings. While there are some redeeming qualities, I can't say I would recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I had a relaxing stay at the hotel, which made for a great celebration with friends. The staff, including Mr. Glen and Mr. Paul, provided excellent service and made our experience memorable. However, there were some noise issues from the cleaning staff early in the morning that affected my comfort. Overall, it’s a nice place to unwind and spend time with family, but be prepared for possible disturbances.

The location is great with nearby restaurants, and I had a spacious room that added to the comfort. However, the amenities were somewhat lacking, particularly the kitchen setup in the apartment-style room, which could have been better equipped.
